The management of businesses is not always in order. This is not because entrepreneurs do not find it important, but because they are often so focused on their mission or dream that too little attention is paid to it.
One of my important insights is that peace in an organisation only arises when an entrepreneur or manager sees the bigger picture and not just the mission of the company or their personal dream. This requires overview and discipline, which can often only be obtained or optimised through guidance and coaching. Everyone has the right to a coach, because 1 + 1 = 3.
Coaching is working together to explore and implement possible improvements. Initially, this seems to cost scarce time, but fortunately, it always turns out to be the opposite. By working together and solving problems, peace and more energy and time for the mission of the business are created.
By first tackling a small problem together, the feeling "I am not alone" arises. A bond of trust develops with the independent coach, who consistently formulates a new challenge in a measured way. The entrepreneur notices that it works and becomes eager to take more of these steps. The efficiency and enjoyment in the business leaps forward.
